CLASS SCHEDULE

CrossFit

Small classes of up to 10 participants led by an experienced CrossFit coach. Classes are 1 hour long and include a group warm-up.

CrossFit Kids (Ages 5-9)

During our kids class, we introduce basic functional movements and train balance, coordination, agility and more in a fun, game-like environment. Classes are 45 minutes long.

CrossFit Youth (Ages 10-15)

Our youth program helps athletes refine their movement patterns, learn weightlifting technique, build a strong core, and improve overall physical fitness. Classes are 1 hour in length and always end in a fun game.
